The Hamburger Initiative für Menschenrechte (HIM) honours innovative projects, this year under the slogan Project in Africa – Alternatives to Migration. We are proud to announce that PROJECT-E has been awarded as one of two African projects in the ceremony on April 4 2017 in Hamburg, Germany.
After Germany and Austria, Switzerland just became the third country, in which PROJECT-E is registered as an association.
Our series of “3 Questions To…” continues this month with an interview with our new Country Representative Sena, who talks about her first weeks at PROJECT-E and the role of women empowerment.
Our students got to visit the Castel Winery in Ziway in January to learn about growing of grapes and wine making. They were accompanied by our volunteer Iga, who captured the trip in photographs and words.
