PROJECT-E is an international NGO whose mission is to provide job opportunities for young Ethiopian women from underprivileged social backgrounds through sustainable and market-oriented education in a transparent and responsible manner.
PROJECT-E consists of two teams working together across the world: Team International and Team Ethiopia. Team International is formed solely by roughly 25 students and young professionals, working voluntarily and web-based in the departments Public Relations, Talent Management, Fundraising, Finance and in the elected Management Board. Team Ethiopia is formed by roughly 15 local staff members, for the academical as well as the social development of our students and therefore for the entire project implementation at the PROJECT-E Hospitality Institute in Addis Ababa.

PROJECT-E TEAMS
TALENT MANAGEMENT
We are always on the hunt for motivated people to join PROJECT-E. However, our responsibility doesn´t stop with the onboarding of new members, we are thus always trying to improve your volunteering experience within PROJECT-E and promote the professional growth of individual talents.
FUNDRAISING
We are responsible for the communication with our donors and sponsors. We reach out to new potential donors and foundations, organise fundraising events and write applications.
FINANCE
All money-related task fall into our area of responsibility. We take care of PROJECT-E´s bank accounts and coordinate between finance in Addis and the Fundraising Department to oversee revenues and expenditure.
PUBLIC RELATIONS
As the creative heads within PROJECT-E we take care of all interfaces that represent PROJECT-E such as our blog, the website and our social media accounts. We want to strengthen and advocate topics of women empowerment and youth education consciously.
PROJECT BASED
As project-based consultants we work on a specific needs-base for PROJECT-E and bring in our individual skills and talents to implement exciting projects. Therefore are the consultancies as diverse as you can image but find a common denominator in the strengthening of women rights and our strategic development and visioning for PROJECT-E.
