Who are the people running PROJECT-E? You might already know that our Team Europe consists of different departments concerned with different tasks. But who is the person behind the task? To make this a little more touchable, we are starting the new series “TEAM THURSDAY”, in which we introduce to you the members of PROJECT-E, the people, who make the project what it is.
This week we kick off with introducing to you Niklas Roth, member of the Fundraising Department who was so kind to answer three concise questions for us:
1. What’s your background?
After finishing my Bachelor in International Management at WHU, Vallendar in 2016, I am now pursuing a Master in Economics at The University of Mannheim.
2. What’s your involvement with PROJECT-E?
I joined the Fundraising Department of PROJECT-E in December 2016 and worked on site in Addis Ababa in April/May 2017. My job is to show foundations and private donors that every Euro (CHF) donated to PROJECT-E is a Euro well spent.
3. What are you passionate about?
Further increasing PROJECT-E’s awesomeness – sustaining PROJECT-E’s cost efficiency and finding new means of financing the project so that PROJECT-E will become self-sustaining in the long run. Working on that is my passion.
