Team Thursday – Meet Aynalem

Aynalem joined PROJECT-E at the beginning of this year and with her experience in the hospitality sector, she fits perfect into our team in Addis Ababa! In our #TeamThursday series, Aynalem reports on her background, her job and her passion.

1.What’s your background?

I studied Public Relations and Advertising at the Mekelle University. After I graduated, I started working at the Damat Hotel. I also worked at the Tourism College, where they teach students in Level 4 & 5. I worked as a registrar there.

2. What’s your involvement with PROJECT-E?

I joined PROJECT-E in January and work in its HR department. My main tasks are interviewing people, hiring and when there’s a new position needed, posting vacancies, following up the attendance, etc.

3. What are you passionate about?

I am passionate about advertising and editing. Apart from my tasks at PROJECT-E, I like bringing new ideas to PROJECT-E.
